We spent the 4th of July weekend and the whole following week at the lake and had a great time. For the first half of the trip our friends the Doyle's including Emily's BFF Ruby were with us. The girls had a lot of fun playing with each other and got along great. Emily had lots of fun riding the jet ski, driving the boat, going exploring on the golf cart and of course swimming. We're trying to adjust to being back in the "real world" today!

Swimming in the pool with Mommy's sunglasses. She is quite the independent swimmer these days! She is also starting to pull her legs up behind her a lot more and really trying to swim. Maybe the swim lessons are paying off!

Swimming at Frankie & Louie's. Frankie and Louie's is a restaurant that has a beach where you can swim before or after dinner. Some of our friends went in so she demanded to swim too. If you look closely, you will see she wouldn't wait to get her swim suit off the boat!
